Sprawling shrub, 1 m common. Fruits green, turning red. Petals horizontal during anthesis, clawed at base. Stamens ca. 25. Calyx lobes cream colored, reflexed. Buds cream colored, tinged with pink. Flowers without evident scent. Anthers yellow, filaments white.
