Habitat:
Eroded tertiary plantation surface of overlying precambrian shield; mosaic of semideciduous forest, wooded savanna and savanna wetland.
Reproductive Condition:
flowers
Notes:
Small tree, height 3m, tortuous, bark corky; deciduous, loosing leaves prior to flowering; calyx cream colored, petals and filaments white. Rare in wooded savanna.
